This was my gateway into the genre of synthwave, so it will forever be special to me. The entire album oozes melancholy with such great riffs, it's hard to describe, but Meteor's music is so unique, I haven't heard anything exactly like this in the synthwave scene. Truly great stuff, glad to own it physically as well! falconfx
I have seen the future of funk, and it's retro. The boys have done an outstanding job with its debut EP with impressive vocals and fun lyrical content, catchy yet complex hooks, danceable drums and solid synth work that will be impossible to keep your feet still or a smile from crossing your lips. The production value is off the charts, too. There's influences from 70's all the way through to the future which gives it a timeless quality. I can't wait to see what comes next from these maestros.
